Job Summary
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for AITX’s railcar fleet management activities including lease remarketing and renewal analysis, lease structuring, pricing analysis, and scrap decisions. The Portfolio Manager also provides key inputs and supports new railcar acquisitions, secondary market transactions, and investment/divestment analysis. The position will also support and implement process improvements for both portfolio management activities and broader cross-functional initiatives. The position will work cross functionally with Commercial, Risk, Finance, Contracts, Operations/Engineering and IT.
